ASSESSMENTS

Gilliam & Associates LLC., in association with our Strategic Collaborative Partners are committed to helping you bring out your best and the best in those with whom you work.

Why are assessments and the data they provide vital?

If you can measure it, you can manage it. Assessments help provide you with the data and knowledge you need to identify, measure, and manage what differentiates your organization from your competitors, thus, enhancing the brand. Such assessments and data can help you and your team understand employee strengths, behaviors, values, motivators, drives, decision-making patterns, and the organization’s culture—both its current values and the desired cultural values for the future. Moreover, assessments can help your organizations detect and eliminate unfair bias while honoring diversity and inclusion for success.

CliftonStrengths Assessment

The CliftonStrengths (CS) Assessment and coaching are development tools for individuals, teams, and organizations. The CliftonStrengths Assessment identifies individual employees, team members, and executives’ unique strengths and helps the team work more collaboratively and efficiently for positive results.

Research shows that when individuals, employees, managers, leaders, and teams know their strengths and leverage them effectively, they are more engaged at work, and profit and productivity increases. In addition, there are fewer safety incidents, lower turn-over, and happier, healthier, more satisfied employees. The CS Assessment can be applied to all types of organizations—corporations, non-profits, governmental departments, boards, municipal agencies, institutions, educational establishments, and religious organizations/communities.

Whether you’re looking to improve yourself or if you are a leader wanting to empower your people to perform better, your efforts start with CS.

A trained, Gallup-Certified Coach offers the CliftonStrengths Assessment. Team training and individual coaching are available.

Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0)

Emotional intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use the emotional information we receive from others.

The EQ-I 2.0 measures the impact a person’s emotional intelligence has in the workplace. Based on a model that includes five composite areas (Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making, and Stress Management) and 15 subscales, the EQ-I 2.0 is a proven key indicator in human performance and development potential.

The EQ-i 2.0 can also be administered to individuals on an in-tact team and those scores can be aggregated into a group report to show the teams strengths and areas of improvement.
