Conflict Transformation

G&A works with individuals, organizations and congregations of various faith traditions who want to move beyond being stuck in anxiety and conflict to growth, engagement, higher performance and impact. G&A can design trainings/education events to help individuals and/or organizations learn how to deal with anxiety and conflict constructively. Another piece of G&A’s work includes mediation and doing interventions (G&A calls it “walking with the organization or congregation through conflict”). In walking alongside, G&A designs and helps facilitate a process for the organization to move through, grow from and build on the experience to move forward. G&A’s goal is to help organizations and congregations transform cultures and be engagement so as to impact their clients or the people to whom they reach/minister.
