G&A coaching is focused on helping our clients boost performance and improve outcomes. G&A coaching helps leaders, managers, and individuals (and their organizations) thrive in challenging times. While G&A focus is on improving performance of the client, our leverage points are helping the client to identify and leverage their unique strengths toward productivity, success, and a better quality of life.
Increase employee/client engagement through the "Q12" index and other Gallup tools and research and G&A. Uncover how to create a culture of engagement in your organizational workplace or congregation.
Group process, visioning, &
facilitating generative conversations; models and best practices for leadership excellence.
G&A works with individuals, organizations and congregations of various faith traditions who want to move beyond being stuck in anxiety and conflict to growth, engagement, higher performance and impact. G&A can design trainings/education events to help individuals and/or organizations learn how to deal with anxiety and conflict constructively. Another piece of G&A’s work includes mediation and doing interventions (G&A calls it “walking with the organization or congregation through conflict”). In walking alongside, G&A designs and helps facilitate a process for the organization to move through, grow from and build on the experience to move forward. G&A’s goal is to help organizations and congregations transform cultures and be engagement so as to impact their clients or the people to whom they reach/minister.
We work in a variety of contexts and groups providing the best environment for your needs.
Our Focal Path
From a focus on weakness to strengths,
From a position of "stuckness" to adaption,
From a stance of unengaged to deep engagement,
From anxiety to clarity,
From problem to innovation and opportunity,
From reactivity to response,
From confusion to options,
From resistance to self-regulation,
To raise performance, increase productivity, and improve quality of life for individuals, teams, organizations, and communities.
